Abhirup Biswas

My name is Abhirup Biswas. I have done my schooling from St. Thomas Boys’ School, Kolkata and have completed my graduation from The Bhawanipur Education Society College, Kolkata. My musical journey began at the age of 8 and I have been playing the Violin for over 12 years now. Music is very close to my heart; it has always been my dream to perform and encourage others to learn music as well. My music teacher, Mr. Pallab Pramanick, has played a big role in shaping my musical journey. I have passed my Grade 6 Violin exam with distinction from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and also completed the Grade 7 music theory exam from ABRSM. I have also had the chance to perform in various concerts and events, like the Annual Students’ Concert at Theme World Piano. Music is my passion, and I’m committed to both learning and inspiring others to explore and enjoy it.
